Mindset plays a powerful role in how we perform and grow.
Founded by Dennis Kubat, an educator and former athlete, Mindset Pathways Performance Mentoring focuses on helping people build confidence, clarity, and consistency through practical, real-world strategies.
Every approach is grounded in experience, care, and a genuine commitment to supporting each client’s journey.
Every client faces different challenges, but the most effective mindset work comes from structure and clarity. Mindset Pathways is built around eight foundational pillars that guide the development of a strong, confident, and resilient mindset.
Having personally experienced many of the same struggles, I use this framework to provide practical, real-world strategies that meet clients where they are and help them move forward with purpose and consistency. As a mindset coach, every client’s challenges are unique, but after completing my pillar assessment, we usually identify the areas where they need the most growth.
As an athlete, I’ve experienced the same pressure, doubt, and overthinking that many of my clients face. Combined with my background as an educator, this allows me to connect easily with people of all ages and adapt my coaching to individual needs. I take the time to follow up, check in, and make sure each client feels supported throughout the process.
When you work with me, you become part of my inner circle. I attend games, stay up to date on progress, and remain invested beyond scheduled sessions. I care deeply about my clients and want the absolute best for them - because mindset work is most effective when it’s personal, consistent, and built on trust.
Both of my children have had the privilege of working with Dennis, and the impact on their mental performance has been remarkable. Since beginning their work with him, I have seen significant growth in their confidence, resilience, and ability to navigate a wide range of competitive and everyday challenges.
Dennis has a unique ability to build meaningful connections with young athletes. Because of this, my children feel comfortable being open and vulnerable, something essential for genuine personal development. He has equipped them with effective mental tools and performance strategies that support not only their success in sport but also their overall well-being and life skills.
With the pressures and high expectations that come with competitive athletics, I truly believe every young athlete could benefit from having a “Dennis” in their corner. The mental side of the game is incredibly important, and I can confidently say my children would not be where they are today without his guidance.
Dennis’s consistent check-ins allow him to support them in real time, helping them work through challenges as they arise and develop long-term strategies for success. I am deeply grateful for his influence and for the role he has played in helping my children become the best versions of themselves, both in sport and in life.
I AM DEEPLY GRATEFUL FOR HIS INFLUENCE.
